Delivery
All orders received during office hours, ie Monday to Friday within 10:00 am, will be placed on the same day on order. There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. These are processed immediately on the next working day. Upon successful order, each customer immediately receives the order confirmation. Delivery of the package takes place in the EU within 2-4 working days. The goods ordered by you can also be delivered to a different address than the billing address. In this case simply enter a different delivery address during the ordering process.
 
Shipping
The costs for shipping in the EU countries amount to € 15.00.- for orders up to € 80, 99.-, from € 81.00 to €  € 120.99.- we charge € 12.00. - and from € 121,00.- we will send your order for free. We charge for shipping in Italy € 7.99.- (for an order until € 120,99.-). Above € 121,00 - we will ship your order for free.
 
Shipping process
Upon receipt of payment, the ordered goods leave our warehouse. After that, the buyer receives a shipping confirmation mail with the exact shipment number at about 6:00 pm. With this number, you can always track the status of your package. The goods will normally arrive in 2-4 working days.
 
Prices and currencies
All prices at Pierre are in Euro including VAT.
